Welcome Rosalyn Davis

BOK Financial is pleased to announce the addition of Rosalyn Davis to its Houston office. Rosalyn has 19 years of professional experience and 17 years specializing in Corporate Trust. Having a diverse skillset in all aspects of Corporate Trust, including corporate and municipal bond issuances and various types of Escrows, Rosalyn will continue her role as Trustee/Paying Agent and Escrow Agent for multi-family housing transactions, certificates of participation, school bonds, and municipal utility & public improvement district issuances. Rosalyn will also continue to administer construction, refunding, subscription, merger & acquisitions, escrows, reinsurance trusts, collateral account control agreements, and custody transactions.

Rosalyn graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Rooted in her passion for running, Rosalyn volunteered for Back on My Feet, a national non-profit organization that utilizes employment and housing resources to combat homelessness, while being strengthened through the power of running and community support. She is also an active member of both the Municipal Advisory Council of Texas and Texas Women in Public Finance.

Biddel Tekeste

Also joining the Houston office is Biddel Tekeste. Biddel joined BOK Financial in January 2018 as a Relationship Manager on the Dallas Trustee and Corporate Escrow team. He has worked in banking for 11 years with 9 years of Corporate Trust experience. He has an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Dallas Baptist University along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration & Finance from Houston Baptist University. Biddel grew up in Houston. He and his wife have a son and a daughter. He is an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth and the Municipal Advisory Council of Texas.
