Consent for Electronic Disclosures and Communications
This Consent for Electronic Disclosures and Communications contains important information about your legal rights. You agree and understand that this Consent for Electronic Disclosures and Communications ("Consent") covers all of the accounts, products and services you may access through Digital Access, whether they be offered by BOKF, NA (the "Bank") or BOK Financial Services, Inc. including dba BOK Financial Advisors ("BOKFA") or BOK Financial Private Wealth ("PW") (collectively, your "Accounts"). The words "we", "us", and "our" mean the Bank, BOKFA, PW and all of their affiliates. BOKF does business as Bank of Oklahoma, Bank of Texas, Bank of Albuquerque, and BOK Financial® the words "you" and "your" mean the owner(s) of accounts accessed electronically through Digital Access. If there is more than one owner on your account(s), any consent or withdrawal of consent for electronic disclosures and communications by any one of you will be effective for all of you.
Your Consent
We must have your consent to provide disclosures and documents to you electronically or via email. If you do not consent to receiving disclosures and documents electronically or via email, you will not be able to access accounts through Digital Access.
Your consent applies to all of the following categories of documents and disclosures we provide to you electronically through Digital Access or via email (if applicable and you have provided a valid email address) or through other electronic means: agreements, disclosures, notices and other information and communications regarding your accounts, services and products, the use of our websites or our other electronic services, your relationship with us, and/or other programs, products or services that are or may be in the future made available to you (collectively, "Communications"), except that we will not provide deposit, mortgage or investment account periodic statements electronically unless you separately request them through our online access service and provide any consent that we require at that time. Communications may include, but are not limited to:
- The disclosures in this Consent for Electronic Disclosures and Communications and any updates
- The Digital Access Terms and Conditions and any updates
- Other service or user agreements for access to and use of our Digital Access services, all updates to these agreements and all disclosures, notices and other communications regarding transactions you make through Digital Access
- Documents and disclosures in connection with maintaining your accounts, including but not limited to notices and disclosures regarding account, product or service fees
- Any notice of the addition of new terms and conditions or the deletion or amendment of existing terms and conditions applicable to accounts, products or services you obtain from us.
- Periodic statements for deposit, mortgage and/or investment accounts.
You must contact us and provide us with your updated information needed to contact you electronically or otherwise.
Paper Communications, Paper Copies
This Consent for Electronic Disclosures and Communications does not apply to any communications that we determine, in our sole discretion, that we are required to deliver in paper form under applicable law or that you should receive in paper rather than electronic form.
In addition, if you consent to electronic delivery of documents and disclosures, we may also provide you with paper copies, though we are not required to do so. If we do not provide you with paper copies, you may obtain these documents and disclosures in paper form without charge from us by printing them yourself from our website or by saving a copy to your computer and printing later. You can also call, write, or stop by any bank or BOKFA location, as the case may be, and request a paper copy of the documents. Fees may apply.
Withdrawal of Consent
If you want to withdraw consent before you have finished enrolling in Digital Access, you may do so by canceling the transaction before you have completed it. Withdrawal of consent will not be effective for documents that we have already provided to you electronically.
If you wish to withdraw your consent at a later time, log on to Bank of Oklahoma Digital Access to change your statement delivery option to paper statements, and then call us at 800-234-6181. Withdrawal of your consent to receive electronic disclosures and information will result in your being unable to receive Electronic Communications, including, but not limited to discontinuation of your access to Online Statement delivery and termination of your Digital Access access. Withdrawal of consent will not be effective for documents that we have already provided to you electronically.
Hardware and Software Requirements
Electronic disclosures and documents will be presented via the Internet. Since you are already accessing this Consent via the Internet, it is likely that you are already using all the hardware and software you need to access the documents and disclosures electronically.
In order to view these documents and disclosures, you will need a hardware device, such as a personal computer (PC) or other similar Internet device that can access the Internet via modem or other form of connection. Your hardware device must run on an appropriate operating system, such as Microsoft® Windows, Mac OS or Linux/UNIX on supported OS versions. For mobile devices, visit the Apple Store or Google Play Store on supported OS versions. You must contract with an Internet service provider (ISP) in order to be able to connect to the Internet. ISPs are companies like Time Warner Cable, or digital subscriber lines through your local telephone company like AT&T Inc. or Cox. Communications, Inc. You must use any hardware or software required by your ISP.
Additionally, a supported Internet browser software such as Microsoft® Edge®, Mozilla® Firefox®, Apple® Safari®, or Google® Chrome® is required to access these documents and disclosures from a personal computer. Your Internet browser software must be able to use 128-bit encryption. Adobe® Acrobat Reader is required to view some documents and disclosures from a personal computer. If you do not have Adobe® Acrobat Reader, you can download it for free at www.adobe.com. You will also need a printer or a long-term storage device, such as your computer's disk drive, to retain these documents and disclosures for future reference.
